We’re honoring Guimaras’ century-old heritage ingredient: Tultul (or Dukduk). Crafted using an artisanal tradition of filtering seawater through driftwood ash and reducing it in coconut milk, it delivers a rich, smoky saltiness that completely transforms the drink.
