Fluffy mini pancakes 😋
Ingredients:
250 ml of milk
1 egg
1.5 tablespoons of sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
240g of flour
2 tablespoons of sunflower oil
oil for frying
Honey
Indications:
1. Heat the milk for one minute.
2. Pour into the bowl and add egg, sugar, salt, flour and form a homogeneous mass.
3. Fry the pancakes in a pan with a little oil.
4. Serve hot and with honey.
