We need to adapt. We need to move with technology, kay basi mawigit kita. But somewhere in all this change, we must not forget what makes authorship ours.

The stories only we can tell.
The things only we would notice.
The courage to take a risk, take a stand, and make something out of the life we’ve lived.

AI can generate. But we bring the experience, the humor, the contradictions, the feeling.

So write. Write for the people. Write with sincerity. And have the audacity to make it yours.

𝐎𝐧𝐞 𝐃𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐤, 𝐎𝐧𝐞 𝐁𝐨𝐨𝐤
Some drinks are more than just something you order. Sometimes, they fit a certain mood. The same goes for books. For our first Shelf & Sip, we paired our Undertow with Mitch Albom’s The Five People You Meet in Heaven.

The Undertow is a simple contrast: warm espresso, cool vanilla milk, bitter and sweet. It’s a drink you can finish in a few sips, but somehow, the feeling stays.

The Five People You Meet in Heaven carries that same quiet feeling. It’s gentle, reflective, and quietly moving. A reminder that even the smallest moments, and the people who briefly cross our paths, can mean more than we realize.

Maybe that’s what we like about both. You don’t need to rush either one. So, take a little time. Have a sip. Read a few pages, and see where it takes you.
