Endulge in one of Lambunao, Iloilo's authentic, distinct & flavorful dishes.
It is a pork dish (mostly of pig's face, ears & snout) which uses mainly guava leaves as souring & flavoring ingredient.
As the dish boils, the gelatin from the pork makes it more melting to the palate. 🤩
