When we decided to give ourselves one last chance, we kept coming back to one question:
Why did we start?
The answer never changed.
We fell in love with the journey.
What began as a dream to share a little piece of Vietnam became so much more. It became a place for conversations, celebrations, quiet afternoons, new friendships, and familiar faces. More than a café, Saigon Brewers became a home and safe place made possible by every person who walked through our doors.
Behind the scenes, there were challenges, heartbreaks, and moments that made us question if we could keep going. But your love and support carried us through every season.
After many sleepless nights and difficult conversations, we’ve made the hardest decision we’ve ever had to make.
On September 20, 2026, Saigon Brewers will serve its final cup.
While this chapter is coming to an end, our hearts are full of gratitude. Thank you for believing in us, growing with us, and allowing us to be part of your stories over the past five years.
If Saigon Brewers was ever your meeting place, comfort corner, study spot, or simply where you enjoyed your favorite cà phê and bánh mì, we’d love to welcome you one last time.
Our doors are still open, our coffee is still brewing, and we’ll be here with the same warmth until our very last day.
