Some of you have been asking bakit may mga dishes na nawawala sa menu and ilang weeks nang hindi available. 🤍

Truth is, we had to let some of them go.

Hindi dahil hindi sila masarap, but because we’re choosing to focus. We’re fixing our identity.

At Ku-bo, we want to be known for what we do best: saucy, comforting, lutong-bahay meals na talagang babalikan mo. Yung may sabaw, may sauce, may sidedish, may juice and may kanin na uubusin mo hanggang huling butil.

Minsan, growth means saying goodbye to good things para mas ma-build yung tamang direction. We’re not removing dishes, we’re making space for a stronger, clearer Ku-bo.
