Brew & Books together with Just Angelica would like to thank every generous person who donated their books for our Build A Library Project. ❣️

Last month, we were able to gather 100+ books for all ages. Rest assured, we will take care of those books so everyone who visits us would be able to experience the joy of reading. 📖

Recently, I sold my personal book collection to have funds to buy new books for the open access library.

A friend from a book community bought the books so I was able to order two children’s book sets (still in transit) and still got extra money. Thank you, Ming Ming. 💕

I decided to use the extra to buy a few books from Collins Classics. These types of books I would suggest to advance readers in case they’ve outgrown children’s books.

I believe that helping them build a good foundation for reading will enhance their vocabulary and grammar in English.

Louisa May Alcott’s Little Women is a favorite of mine and this book made me fall in love with reading. ☺️

These books will be part of the open access library.

Say hello to Brew and books in a mini size version. 📚 ☕️

Recently, I offered to create these handmade clay art to a local book community in exchange for donated books provided that they finance the shipping fees.

Here are the actual sets that I will be giving in exchange for their generosity. I will be shouldering the shipping fees for this one.

To those who are interested to donate, I can still accomodate until the end of June.

To those who already did, kindly wait for your set to be finished and rest assured you’ll be updated with the shipping info.

Hey there!👋

While we are waiting for the go signal to start the construction of our cafe and library in Cabatuan, we will be having a BUILD A LIBRARY PROJECT.

This project aims to spread the love for reading and for kids or students to have access to books that could help them grow.

We will be accepting donations whether in cash or in kind. For book donations, we are prioritizing the following genres in either English or Filipino:

- Children's books
- Self-help book
- Literary classics
- Poetry books
- We will also accept books with genres like Sci-fi, Thrillers, Fantasy Mystery, or horror. But please no textbooks or erotica.

As of now, we had been receiving donated books from generous people from various book communities in the country and we are truly grateful.

If you are interested to let go of some of your books to share your love for reading, kindly send us a message so we can coordinate. For Iloilo City residents, we can provide a drop-off address.
