The family takes pleasure in transporting friends to a gastronomical journey whenever they host parties and intimate gatherings with friends. This passion sparked

a dream among the Mariano siblings to make the same gourmet experiences accessible to more Iliganons. Now a reality, Marianos restaurant/cafe opened its doors in November 2012, with a purpose to delight diners. Just like how the chef siblings, Doi and Avril, do it at home, dishes are meticulously prepared with so much love and care. Doi’s cooking is greatly influenced by his mentors in Shangri-La Hotels, while Avril’s sweet creations are classic European with a local flair. In charge of finance and operations, sibling Ep makes it a point that service is excellent and that each specialty offers the best value for money. Sibling Architect Noelle, who worked with Joey Yupangco + Associates, used modern minimalism – Earth colors, straight lines and natural finishes – ensuring that the main focal points of the place are the food and you.
