At first, she was just a mere customer whose curiosity to my passion in serving good food enticed her to place an order for curiosity sake. Now, she is one of my good friends.
Kalouy sa Ginoo, ni pasar akong food sa iyang standard which eventually led her to order for more, and the rest is history. Without me knowing my then customer kept ordering for more for her family's get together and rejoicing.
Lately, she ordered again without me knowing that she came all the way from Italy and one of her etinerary in coming home is to personally endulge and spoil herself the food served by Endit's Quakanin . By the way, ma'am Amie is a chef in Italy serving both Italian and Pinoy food too.
