Welcoming Chef Shinji Inoue, Chef-Owner of No Name Noodle BKK, recognized with the MICHELIN Bib Gourmand for 2025 & 2026.

For all the differences in language, culture, and cuisine, it’s always remarkable how quickly those fade when you’re sitting across from someone who has dedicated their life to the same craft of making people happy through food.

Moments like these are a reminder of how much this industry has given us, not just in knowledge and experience, but in the friendships we’ve been fortunate to build along the way.
