Long post ahead for clarification! (Blurring the detail to maintain client's anonimity)

This cake was ordered few days ago. Special because it's a special-event cake as well as a gender reveal cake.

We were made aware before-hand of the details of this cake and order was placed in advanced.

The booked day came and we sent pictures of the actual cake early in the morning. As you all know, especially our previous clients, that the actual pictures sent was the same exact cake they'll be receiving.

Cake was picked up in good condition. All is well...as we thought.

We take pride on our cakes and your events are as important to us. We are saddened to know dissatisfaction with this matter. But please be reminded that all our cakes are handled with care and were checked until handing over to clients or until delivering to the venue was done.

Please be advised that all the damages AFTER being collected by you and delivery made not by us is not RED OVEN by RO's liability. Picture or video as proof is important for the both parties.

Note: maybe only the persons in charge of pickup and/or the person unboxed the cake knew how the "damage" was done
