We made ice cream called "Quatro Sorbetes Queso de Moringa." The name "Quatro" comes from the group number assigned to us, and it sounds more like "Filipino" even though it is a Spanish word. Malunggay, the main ingredient in our ice cream, is good for your health in many ways. It is rich in vitamins and minerals, like vitamins A, C, B1, B2, B3, B6, and Folate. They also have a lot of magnesium, iron, calcium, phosphorus, and zinc. There are 2 grams of protein, magnesium, vitamin B6, iron, and vitamin A in one cup of moringa leaves.

Quatro sorbetes de moringa is unlike other ice creams because it has unique and healthy ingredients like malunggay leaves and fresh carabao milk.
