It was a pleasure to welcome the VIVA ExCon team during their ocular visit to different sites around Guimaras Island, following their courtesy call to the Guimaras Provincial Government.

We were delighted to have with us respected visual artist Mariano Montelibano III, National Commission for Culture and the Arts Executive Council Member of the National Committee on Visual Arts and VIVA ExCon Guimaras 2027 Consultant; ma’am Estella Ocampo Fernandez, former UP Cebu Professor, visual artist from Cebu/Bohol and Head Curator of VIVA ExCon Guimaras 2027,with husband visual artist sir Raymond Fernandez, and ma’am Ida Vecino, representative from Orange Gallery / Orange Project in Bacolod City.

They were joined by SUBLI Artists Guimaras artists Ar. Frank Nobleza, Roberto Vargas, Roger Flores, Rick Sapio and Gley Gentizon.

We’re grateful for the connection and the shared excitement for what lies ahead.
