Our very first 1 star review on GrabFood. 🥲

While it’s never easy to receive, we choose to see it as a lesson rather than a setback.

The review mentioned that our meat wasn’t the same as before. That’s true, we upgraded from thinly sliced pork jowl to premium pork belly to offer a more authentic korean style bbq experience.
As for our sauce, we want to share that we have never changed the recipe since we started.
However, the feedback about the japchae possibly being too salty is something we truly appreciate and we will discuss it with our chef to ensure consistency in every order.

One thing we’ve learned as a growing business is that not every product will suit everyone’s personal taste and THAT'S OKAY. Food is subjective and while we may not be everyone’s favorite, we will continue to focus on serving the customers who appreciate the flavors and quality we work hard to provide.
