We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused team member to join our growing boutique!

POSITION: RETAIL ASSOCIATE / MARKETING ASSISTANT

Location: South Square Village, Pasong Kawayan 2, General Trias, Cavite
Employment Type: Full-Time
Age Requirement: 20 years old and above

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist customers with product inquiries, styling recommendations, and processing sales transactions
- Manage and update inventory records using Microsoft Office tools
- Create engaging content and manage social media accounts to drive brand awareness and sales
- Coordinate with the team to plan and execute marketing campaigns and in-store promotions
- Maintain store cleanliness, visual merchandising standards, and product displays
- Respond to customer inquiries via social media, email, and in-person in a timely manner
- Prepare sales reports and analyze customer trends to support business decisions

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Age: 20 years old and above
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for documentation, inventory tracking, and report generation
- Knowledgeable in social media marketing and selling (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) – including content creation, scheduling tools, and online sales strategies
- High school diploma or equivalent; college level/degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic understanding of retail operations and customer service principles
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work flexible hours (including weekends and holidays as needed)
- Familiarity with fashion trends and styling is an advantage
- Experience with e-commerce platforms or point-of-sale (POS) systems is preferred
- Good numerical skills for handling cash transactions and managing inventory
