Rainy season really has small businesses fighting for their lives. 😭🌧️
You’ve got the doors open, lights on, stock ready, everything looking lovely… and absolutely no one about. 😭😂
From the outside, it’s just a quiet day, but behind the scenes there’s rent, bills, wages, stock, electricity and a million other bits that still need paying — whether people walk through the door or not. 🥲
Shoutout to every small business owner currently sitting there like “well… this is going well” while staring at an empty shop. 😭🤝 We’re all in the same boat.
Still, we turn up, crack on and hope tomorrow’s a bit kinder. 🤎
And honestly, if you’ve got a favourite little café, shop or local business, give them a bit of love during the quiet months — pop in, grab something, share their posts or recommend them to a mate. It genuinely helps more than you realise. 🫶🏻
