Baking 30 loaves of classic sourdough bread wasn’t easy, but every early morning, every stretch and fold, and every bit of effort was worth it. Seeing them come out beautifully baked-soft, flavorful, and full of character-makes all the hard work so rewarding. ❤️🍞
