Arraboo Gensan has successfully completed the 𝐇𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐥 𝐂𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐀𝐮𝐝𝐢𝐭 by Halal Research and Training Center MSU Gensan last May. ⭐️

𝗟𝗢𝗢𝗞 | General Santos City, The partnership between Mindanao State University - General Santos (MSU-GenSan) and the Philippine Ulama Congress Organization Inc. (PhilUlama) is officially in full swing!

Marking the very first collaborative milestone under our Memorandum of Agreement (MOA), the MSU-GenSan Halal Research and Training Center - MSU Gensan (HRTC) recently participated as an official observer in the Initial Halal Certification Audit for Arraboo.ph - GenSan last May 20, 2026.

Located at Pendatun Avenue, General Santos City, Arraboo Ph underwent a comprehensive end-to-end evaluation of its restaurant operations—spanning food preparation, raw materials, storage, service, and dispatch. The audit was meticulously conducted by the PhilUlama Audit Team against the strict benchmarks of the PhilUlama Halal Standard and The Philippine National Halal Certification Scheme.

Representing HRTC as official observers were Mohammad A. Ali, JD, and Moh'd Amersab D. Pangandaman, who gained valuable insights into practical, field-level Halal auditing methodologies, facility inspections, and compliance tracking.

This successful collaboration underscores HRTC’s unwavering commitment to fostering a robust Halal ecosystem in the region by bridging academic research with industry-standard practices. We look forward to more joint initiatives with PhilUlama as we work together to elevate Halal integrity and public awareness in Soccsksargen.
