IMPORTANT UPDATE: Temporary Suspension of GrabFood Orders
To our valued GrabFood customers,
It is with a heavy heart that we share some unfortunate news. Earlier today, our restaurant experienced a break-in, during which the mobile phone dedicated to our Grab Merchant account was stolen.
Over the past months, we have been incredibly grateful to see our GrabFood community continue to grow. Your support has helped us earn and maintain Grab’s Quality Hero badge by consistently meeting the platform’s service standards. We have worked hard to build that trust, which is why this incident is especially heartbreaking for our team.
Although our GrabFood store is still technically online, we no longer have access to our merchant device. Orders only become visible to us when the rider arrives at our restaurant, resulting in unavoidable delays that could negatively affect the service our customers receive and the performance standards we have worked so hard to achieve.
With that, we have made the difficult decision to temporarily suspend our GrabFood operations while we coordinate with Grab to secure our merchant account and with our mobile service provider to deactivate the stolen SIM card and issue a replacement.
As an added precaution, please do not respond to any calls or text messages claiming to be from our restaurant through our Grab Merchant number, as we cannot verify or guarantee the legitimacy of any communication from the stolen device.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this may cause. While this is a temporary setback, our commitment to providing you with the best possible service remains unchanged.
Thank you for your patience, understanding, and for being part of our growing GrabFood family. We look forward to welcoming you back on Grab as soon as our account has been fully secured and normal operations have resumed.
