Sorry to everyone who stopped by today or was looking for us, we saw all your messages! ❤️

We decided to take the day to rest and just be a homebased cafe today after a wild week, and we truly appreciate all your love and support.

We’ve also been working on some exciting new recipes that we can’t wait for you to try!

We’ll be back this Wednesday, and we’ll also see you Thursday at Pista Kita 🇵🇭

Mau Mau was inspired by a three-week journey through Vietnam, where we discovered coffee beyond the cafés tourists usually visit. One of our most memorable stops was a humble coffee shop in the mountains of Ninh Binh, run by an elderly couple overlooking rice fields. They welcomed us with warmth and served one of the best cups of authentic Vietnamese salted coffee we've ever had, simple, comforting, and untorgettable.

That experience inspired us to bring a small piece of Vietnam home. Every cup we serve is our way of sharing the flavors, hospitality, and coffee culture we fell in love with.
