Moreover, we will be taking joiners to Mam-on island, one of Siargao's most beautiful and untouched islands, so you're definitely not going to want to miss this one.

We are extremely thrilled to announce our Island Style Chef's Table series; wherein we will be doing monthly collaborations with super talented chefs to curate a one-of-a-kind chef-driven island dining experience (also known as a "boodle").

On March 22, we will be collaborating with our good friends Bourke's from Hong Kong (.hk ). Chef of Cev and Chef of Bourke's will be taking inspiration from Aussie Barbeque and Filipino raw cooking (Kinilaw), and will be creating a feast filled with vibrant tropical flavors with Aussie flare.

It will be a whole day affair, as we get to explore Mam-on, one of Siargao's most beautiful and secluded islands. This Island Style Chef's Table series is the first of its kind, and will definitely be an unforgettable experience.

Stay tuned for more updates over the course of the year, as we announce more collaborations with different chefs to bring you these extremely special and unique culinary experiences.
