ONCE UPON A TACO…

In 2015, Miguel left the city for island life—and a fresh start. He took over a tiny Mexican spot near the port, revamped it, and Miguel’s Taqueria was born.

Since then, we’ve moved locations, faced storms (pandemic + typhoon!), and kept serving tacos with love. Now in our 4th home at Strum Music Café, we’re still here—and turning 10 years old in Sept 2025. 🥹

Thanks for riding the wave with us. Let’s bring back the vibe, the flavors, and the memories.
