Here’s a glimpse of our festival morning: setting up the booth, sharing our first roast, and welcoming everyone who stopped by for a bite (and a sour candy challenge 😆)

We wanted our booth to feel warm, familiar, and unmistakably Filipino—filled with handwoven bilao, pamaypay, native hats, and a tiny sari-sari corner stocked with childhood candies 😌

We did it 🥹🏆

We’re incredibly honored to be named the 2nd Siargao's 2nd Lechon Roasting Competition Festival Champions 🔥

As a young restaurant that opened its doors earlier this year, this was our very first competition—and our very first win. A milestone we’ll always carry with us.

This recognition celebrates more than a winning lechon. It celebrates weeks of hard work, long days in the kitchen, and a team united by one goal: sharing the rich flavors of Mindanao and the stories of regional Filipino cuisine.

Congratulations to Chef Chef_glyn and the entire Sagana and Sunyata team. This wouldn’t have been possible without your passion, craft, and dedication.

To everyone who visited our booth, tasted our lechon, cheered us on, and celebrated with us, maraming salamat. This victory is even more meaningful because it was shared with our community.
