To every Filipino, and every Filipino at heart, who has sat at our table , thank you.
Thank you for letting us share with you the flavors we grew up with, the dishes that remind us of home, and the stories that live behind every plate.
But more than the food, thank you for giving Hapag a place in your moments.
Because we believe that what makes a dish truly Filipino isn’t just the ingredients, the recipe, or the way it is cooked. It’s the people gathered around the table. The stories exchanged between bites. The laughter that lasts longer than the meal. The celebrations, reunions, first dates, family dinners, and even the ordinary days that somehow become memorable.
That is what makes it Hapag.
And that is what makes it Filipino.
For four years, you have allowed us to be a small part of your moments in Siargao, and for that, we are endlessly grateful.
