Erika has been with us since Alma Siargao's reopening. She was our first hired server and the first female member of our front-of-house team.

Her easygoing nature brings warmth and joy to our guests and to the team.

Even at 8 months pregnant, she wanted to continue working on the floor, showing true dedication to her role.

Today, she brings that same dedication into motherhood.

"If you’re in Siargao and looking for a spot that delivers both on flavor and ambiance, Alma is absolutely worth a visit.

The seafood paella is hands-down the best I’ve had — rich, flavorful, and perfectly cooked.

The crispy pork knuckles are a must-try: golden, crunchy skin with tender meat that melts in your mouth.

Another standout? The croquettas — perfectly crisp outside and creamy inside.

The ambiance is relaxed yet refined, perfect for a laid-back island dinner with a touch of class.
