DARK CHERRY MATCHA 🍒🍵🍒

hey lovesssss ~ it’s been a hot minute since we shared a recipe with you! Let’s start the week off with one of Meg’s favorite afternoon treats… cherry matcha! We feel like it’s pretty boujee as we don’t get cherry’s here in the isla, but this jam is perfect!

You’ll need…
• Your hand-whisked matcha shot (3g is perfect)
• either black cherry jam (like ours) or it would be even better to have freshly crushed cherries or a homemade cherry jam
• milk of choice (we usually prefer soy but only had oat on hand!)
• ice
• if you like it on the sweeter side you can add a little bit of honey to your matcha shot whilst whisking

top tips :: make sure when you whisk your matcha shot that the water is not too hot, we don’t wanna burn that precious goodness!

Assemble your glass with love & cherish every sip! It’s honestly such a dreamy combo ~ cherrys & matcha is like a match made in heaven 🫶🏽

If you don’t want to make it yourself, no worries! This will be on our specials board for the whole week here in Soul Shack ~ come by anytime between 8am-3pm everyday bar Saturday, we’ll happily make one up for you 😉
