>Knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques
>Understanding of food safety and sanitation practices
>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
>Good time management and teamwork skills
>Physically fit and able to stand for long periods
>Experience in a kitchen is an advantage but not required
