Hey friends!

This International Coffee Day, October 1, our very own Noel Jasareno will be brewing a selection of mystery specialty beans using his custom coffee drip brewer .. The very same brewer that helped him win the 2026 S A T O R Ī Brewers Cup Championship 🏆

And there’s a little more to this brew session: Since Noel won a ticket to Japan to witness the 2027 Barista World Championships, 100% of the pour-over proceeds from the day will go directly to supporting his trip. 🇯🇵

So, if you find yourself in BGC on October 1, come by for a cup (or two) of Noel’s brews, some free cookies, good coffee conversations together with some cool Japanese jazz mixes (just to be in theme 🤓). The Road to Japan brew session starts at 9am until supplies last. Cheers and see you all there!

10 years ago we asked our good friend Dan Matutina to create his own version of Hopper’s “Nighthawks”. We loved that painting so much because we identified with that man in the hat. A person that goes from shop to shop.. city to city. Traveling where the warmth and hospitality takes him. Always seeking for that third space, a place of refuge within a bustling city.

For our shop in NAIA Terminal 3, we asked Dan Matutina to create the same magic. We can’t wait for you to see what he’s come up with now. Stay tuned folks 🧡

We’re just a few weeks away from opening our newest branch at the new Departure Airside Food Hall and we’re looking for people who care deeply about hospitality, lead by example, and take pride in getting the little things right — every single day.
