Our story began in 2008 in Metro Manila with a simple mission: to serve hotel-quality dishes at prices everyone could afford. That mission was led by Chef Brown, who handled the kitchen, and his wife Tisay, who managed the operations. Many in Estancia will remember our previous locations. After some time away, including opening a branch in Carles to serve tourists, the call to return home was too

strong to ignore. For the past years, we've heard your requests and your cravings for the food you missed. Now, a new chapter begins. Led by the next generation of our family, Brown and Tisay's is officially back in Estancia. We're bringing back the original recipes you love, like our famous Sizzling Sisig and Pancit con Lechon, in a beautiful new space designed for families and friends to gather. This is more than a restaurant—it's a homecoming.
