It has been observed that the same method used 10 years ago has not really changed much. The industry, it turns out, has been dominated by the Moms and Pops type of business. Not putting much on the preparation, handling and presentation of the product. A design for a new griller has been drawn and built. It took months to perfect the new design. A food developer in Cebu was commissioned to come u

p with a different and high tech recipe. This was considered the most important factor in the venture. Making this a make or break entry into the industry. A system was written for uniformity on processing all the way to presentation, including packaging. This is a confidential manual to keep operation within the standard set by the company. The first branch opened on August of 2012. Located 5 kilometers from Dumaguete City proper, it did well despite the distance. It was also observed that a neighborhood type of concept accessible to homeowners was more ideal. The preferred method of expansion was more focused on the partnership concept. Since all businesses would greatly depend on the efficiency and dedication of it’s employees, deserving employees would be given the option for an industrial partnership operation.
