A SHORT PAUSE. A STRONGER RETURN.
To our customers, friends, and everyone who has made 95 Bistro × Whisk & Whip part of their cravings:
We’re taking a temporary operational pause.
Necessary exterior work at EJ Building gives us the right window to do something we believe is equally important: pause properly, improve deliberately, and prepare for what comes next.
Because we’ve never wanted to simply keep the doors open for the sake of being open.
We want every return to your table to be worth coming back for.
Over the past weeks, Agosto Delicioso has been about exactly that—new dishes, changing flavors, familiar favorites, and a menu that refuses to stand still. Your orders, visits, recommendations, repeat cravings, and incredible support reminded us that there is an appetite for what we’re building.
So we’re not stopping the momentum. We’re investing in it.
While necessary work happens outside, we’ll be doing some work of our own behind the scenes—refining, creating, planning, and cooking up what comes next.
No dramatic goodbye.
No disappearing act.
Just a strategic little intermission before the next course. 😉
And to everyone who has supported 95 Bistro and Whisk & Whip: thank you. You’ve given us a very good reason to make the next chapter even more delicious.
