HR and Admin Manager
Requirements and skills
• Work experience as an HR Manager, preferably in the hospitality industry. Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HR Manager, with a preference for candidates with a background in food and beverage industry.
• Hands-on experience with recruiting for junior, senior, seasonal and part-time positions. Strong background in Talent Acquisition, demonstrating expertise in sourcing, selecting, and hiring top talent.
• Proven experience in Organizational Development, with the ability to drive initiatives that enhance employee engagement and performance
• Good knowledge of regulations around flexible types of employment
• Familiarity with ATS, payroll software and resume databases
• Excellent people skills
• Graduate of any 4-year course, preferably in Psychology, Behavioral Science, or Human Resource Management. BSc in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology or similar field
• Additional diploma in Restaurant Management is a plus
