Every component is made from scratch, from the dough, which we prepare and roll in-house, to the fillings, carefully seasoned and balanced for flavor. Each piece is individually hand-folded with precision and care, ensuring consistency in both texture and presentation. It’s a labor of craftsmanship, where attention to detail in every step results in gyoza that’s fresh, delicate, and deeply satisfying.
