Suroy & Swirl is a mobile soft-serve ice cream cart based in Davao City. Our name comes from “suroy” (to roam) — because we pop up in different locations and serve ice cream wherever we’re set up.

We operate in events, markets, and selected pop-up locations, with our own power setup when needed.

We serve creamy soft-serve in cones, cups, and floats — with a variety of toppings you can mix and match, from fun classics to premium add-ons.

🍦 WE’RE HIRING — SWIRL CREW MEMBER 🍦
(Startup Team Position)

Suroy & Swirl is a growing mobile soft-serve cart based in Davao City, and we’re looking for our first crew member to join our startup team.

The owner will personally be present during flea markets, bazaars, and events. We’re looking for someone reliable, hardworking, and comfortable working in event-based environments.

✨ REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• 18–30 years old (preferred)
• Willing to be trained
• Responsible, honest, and dependable
• Friendly and customer-oriented
• Able to multitask
• Comfortable working in outdoor markets & events
• Willing to travel (Davao & nearby towns)
• Flexible schedule (weekends & event-based work)
• Experience in soft-serve ice cream is a plus (but not required)

💰 COMPENSATION:

• Event-based pay structure
• Performance-based incentives
• Paid training (3–5 days)
