🎉 A Sweet New Beginning & A Double Celebration! 🍦✨

We are beyond thrilled and overflowing with gratitude as we officially opened our doors for our Soft Opening Day 1 last June 26 at Sachi Okashi Ice Creamery and Boutique Cafe!

Our name holds a story very close to our hearts. Mommy Twyla lovingly combined the names of her two daughters—Sa for Shammy and Chi for Chinky—to create Sachi! 🌸

To make it even more magical, Okashi means "sweet snacks" in Japanese 🇯🇵✨—making our shop literally mean Shammy & Chinky's Sweet Treats! Plus, the opening perfectly lined up with Shammy’s 17th birthday! 🎂💖

We began our special day with a meaningful blessing ceremony followed by the official cutting of the ribbon.

Thank you to everyone who came, supported us, and shared this milestone with our family!✨

After a 2-year pause to heal, rest, and rebuild, we are overjoyed to finally welcome you back to our Japanese-inspired aesthetic haven! Sachi Okashi means "happiness in every snack," and we are so ready to bring that happiness back into your lives. 🥰✨

First, we lift all the glory to Papa God for His guidance, courage, and endless provisions. And to our amazing family and friends—thank you for your never-ending support! 🙏❤️

Tomorrow, June 26, is doubly miraculous because we are also celebrating the 17th birthday of our dear Shammy (one-half of the inspiration behind our name, Sachi)! 🎂🎉
