Keopi Avenue Loyalty Card Terms and Conditions
Welcome to the Keopi Avenue Loyalty Program! By participating, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Eligibility for Stamps: Customers will earn one (1) stamp per single-purchase transaction amounting to PHP 100.00 or more.
Transactions below PHP 100.00 are not eligible for stamps.
Stamp Redemption: A fully stamped loyalty card (9 stamps) entitles the cardholder to one (1) free 16oz drink of their choice:
- Any flavor of 16oz milk tea
- 16oz iced latte
Customers must present the completed loyalty card to claim the free drink.
Non-Transferability: Loyalty cards are non-transferable and may only be used by the person whose name appears on the card.
Expiration and Validity: Loyalty cards have a validity period of 6 months from the date of issuance. Stamps or completed cards submitted after this period will not be honored.
Lost or Damaged Cards: Keopi Avenue is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged loyalty cards. Stamps cannot be replaced or transferred to a new card.
Restrictions: Stamps and rewards cannot be exchanged for cash, other items, or transferred to other cards. Only one (1) loyalty card can be used per transaction.
Fraudulent Use: Keopi Avenue reserves the right to void any loyalty card found to be tampered with, duplicated, or misused.
Program Changes: Keopi Avenue reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the loyalty program at any time without prior notice.
Redemption Process: To redeem the reward, customers must present the completed card to a Keopi Avenue staff member.
Additional Terms: Rewards are subject to availability. In case a specific flavor or product is unavailable, Keopi Avenue may offer an alternative reward of equivalent value.
Loyalty cards are issued per individual, and only one (1) card can be active per customer.
