Meek Coworking Cafe started as a vision in building communities. When it was still an idea, it came about as a need for a place to relax and focus but at the same time to finish a lot of work piling up to be done. Working at home is comfortable but then it is too cozy to be productive. Having the chance to experience state of the art libraries from abroad, a library would have been a good option b
ut unfortunately we do not have this in Davao. Although a thought of a nice environment of a coffee shop is enticing, the internet is too slow and the crowd can be noisy at most times. There are too many ideas to facilitate and make alive, too many things that were supposed to be done yesterday and still everything is left hanging. And the most significant but sad part of it all, is doing it alone. So from that problem, a solution was created - it is the inception of the Meek Coworking Cafe, A Unity Project. The word "Meek" is utterly being humble and patient. Meekness is not weakness, but it is strength under control. Although Meek Coworking Cafe is small in size, just like the story of David and Goliath, it thrives to be a coworking facility for students, professionals or to whomever it may be applicable. It means that Meek Coworking Cafe will focus on engaging with people from all walks of life and profession in order to achieve a common goal. And that is to unite in order to produce more. We care for people and their growth and we exist to create experiences where passion and purpose come together. That is why Meek Coworking Cafe is a destination for creating meaningful relationships, delicious food and coffee, and refreshing ambiance all rolled out in one. Let's start doing things together.
