Great coffee starts long before it reaches the cup.
Over the past few months, we've been spending more time learning about coffee. From understanding different processing methods and roast profiles to visiting farms and meeting the people behind every bean, we've realized how much work goes into producing quality coffee.
Recently, we had the chance to visit coffee growers in Bukidnon and see firsthand the care and dedication that goes into every harvest. Seeing the farms, talking to the farmers, and learning about their processes gave us a deeper appreciation for the coffee we serve every day.
At BRGR Alley, part of our process is making sure we source quality ingredients for our coffee. We may still be students of the craft, but we're committed to learning and constantly improving so we can serve the best cup possible.
