We are deeply grateful to be part of Far Eastern University’s Noche Buena: 100 Stories Shared at the Philippine Holiday Table. It is truly an honor to have our story included in a collection that celebrates the journeys of different food business owners—how each one began, the challenges faced along the way, and the resilience that allowed them to thrive.
