We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience we have caused last December 24th. Orders from 4pm onwards were disrupted due to our lack of discernment. It is our responsibility to select a reliable and accountable delivery service and we have failed to do so.
OG Delivery Riders committed two days prior to the said date. Their apathetic response and concern a few hours before the schedule should have been a tell tail sign on their lack of commitment. We take full responsibility in not seeing this. For transparency we have attached several Photos with timeline on our conversation with OG delivery riders. We were first told that the rider was on the way yet a few hours passed and no rider showed up. No updates unless we demanded. It was only after 4 to 5 hours of waiting that a rider showed up to remit money and informed us that they will no longer deliver orders. No remorse on what they did, no concern for the waiting customers. Not even an apology from the CSR.
We knew this was inexcusable and we apologize. Thankfully our customers were understanding and grateful for our efforts. It took us a while to personally deliver the orders and spent Christmas eve up to 1am on the road and was able to fulfill every delivery. Again, we apologize and we are grateful for your understanding and empathy.

Our official delivery partner Enoch Rider is still our official delivery partner. Sadly, we were informed by them a week prior to the 24th that they could not commit to December 24th deliveries due to lack of riders. And we were grateful for their honesty. Sadly, OG delivery riders committed and failed miserably. Their commitment only exacerbated the dire situation. We should have seen this first hand when they started the conversation by disparaging Enoch riders from the get-go.
