Team Davao’s Finest has wrapped up its campaign at the ASEAN Barista Team Championship and finished seventh overall in the quarter finals after going up against Honeycomb from Malaysia.

Composed of Wendil Sollano and Ethel Paybano of Ideal Coffee Roasters, Kim Borda of Rooftop Café Bar and Eclipse Coffee, and Jesleh Ellorango of Habitat Coffee, Team Davao's Finest advanced to the Quarter Finals on July 22, 2026 after finishing sixth on the opening day of the competition.

Team Tablo also put up a great fight but fell just short of advancing to the semifinals.

The Philippines was proudly represented by Team Davao's Finest, Team Tablo, and UCC Allegro, all showcasing the passion, talent, and skill of Filipino baristas.

While the journey ends here, we're incredibly proud of Team Davao's Finest for representing Davao's coffee community with excellence, heart, and determination. Congratulations on an amazing run, you've made Davao proud!
