Padayon, Dabawenyos!

Today is the 85th Araw ng Dabaw. Since 2021, the official holiday for Araw ng Dabaw is every March 1, not March 16, as stipulated in the Republic Act No. 11379 or “An Act Declaring March 1 of Every Year a Special Working Holiday in the City of Davao, Province of Davao del Sur, to be Known as “Araw ng Dabaw.”

On Monday afternoon, Feb 28, 2022, the City Government of Davao announced that Malacañang has declared March 1, 2022 as a special non-working holiday.
