Eggpie na naman ang trip!

Ingredients : (pie crust)
1/3 cup butter or margarine
1 1/2 cup flour
1 egg
2 tbsp sugar
Pinch of salt

(Egg batter)
6 whole eggs
1 egg white(meringue)
1can evap
3/4 cup sugar(add more depends on your taste)
1/4 cup Cornstarch
1/2 tsp vanilla

Make the pie crust and set aside. Mix batter ingredients except the white egg. Make meringue by beating eggwhite till stiff and gently mix to the egg batter. Cook in oven for 45 mins in 180 degrees.

Banana oatmel cookies.
Enjoy healthy cookies.

Ingredients :
4 pcs ripe banana (mashed)
1 cup oatmel
2 tbsp. Butter or margarine(soft not melted)
2 tbsp. Honey

For toppings:
Dark chocolate or raisins (your choice)

Mix everything and cook in oven in 180 degrees for 30-40 mins till top turns brown.
