For Filter Coffee: Philippines Mt. Apo Balutakay Coffee Farmers Association - Notes of honey, calamansi, mango, mandarin orange, raw honey, almond, lemongrass, and black tea.
For Espresso: Philippines Bukidnon Marion Inahan Pigtauranan, Pangantucan - Notes of ripe mango, pineapple, strawberry jam, molasses, dark chocolate, and a wine-like finish.
