We proudly use Asin Tibuok, Bohol’s extraordinary heritage sea salt whose traditional method of production is recognised by UNESCO as Intangible Cultural Heritage in Need of Urgent Safeguarding. This uniquely Boholano ingredient finds its way across the Kapre — seasoning our fire-cooked dishes and Pulutan, finishing food straight from the BBQ, and even ri***ng selected cocktails for a salty little taste of the island with every sip.

So, I asked our Exec Chef Sirc Chef what could he cook with his eyes shut. Foolishly there was me thinking, ahhhhh he's gonna say Sisig or Pancit Canton. But, oh no, not our Exec Chef.

He said: "Well Brian, I'd likely cook my GOAT SHANK OSSO BUCO WITH UBE PUREE!!!"
