For this slow Monday, we’re pouring Finca De Garces, a beautiful coffee from Kublí Slow Coffee , roasted with care by our friends at South City Coffee Roasters, and brewed here, at The Zamora Room.

On August 23, the Lab is taking a little pause from the usual rhythm.

From 1PM–4PM, The Zamora Room will be hosting a private gathering with some of our favorite folks for their very first Cupsleeve by Cavite Teumes — Into The New Wav: Chrome & Chaos.

A little coffee. A little chaos. A lot of good company.

The Lab will be closed to regular walk-ins during this time, but we’ll be back to our usual brews right after.

From guests across the bar to brewers behind it, stories are exchanged, ideas are shared, and every encounter becomes an opportunity to teach and to learn.
