Ang mga sumusunod na establisyimento ay pinahihintulutang mag-operate sa 30% ng indoor venue capacity ( FULLY VACCINATED na residente) at 50% ng outdoor venue capacity
-Venues for Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Exhibitions (MICE)
- Permitted Venues para sa mga pagtitipon
- Mga atraksyong pangturismo at parke
- Recreational venues
- Mga sinehan
- Licensure/entrance/qualifying examinations
- Face-to-Face o in-person classes para sa Kolehiyo at Tech-Voc education/training
- Gawaing pang-simbahan
- Dine-in services
- Personal care establishments (tulad ng parlor, salon etc.)
- Fitness studios, gyms, at venues para sa mga non-contact exercises at sports
- Film, music at TV production

Samantala, ang pasok sa gobyerno ay pinahihintulutang nasa 30% on-site capacity habang ang mga kawani na hindi pisikal na napasok ay naka-Work-from-home at flexible work arrangements.
