For the past two years with the Estrellita Team, you have worked tirelessly while patiently waiting for all the necessary documents and paperwork to be completed. During those two years here in the Philippines, you dedicated yourself to your craft as a pizzaiolo, working hard every day. Then, finally, the moment you had been waiting for arrived, your visa was approved!

We would also like to extend our sincere gratitude to everyone who supported and recommended Chef C throughout this journey. A special thank you to Tita Chika for introducing Chef C to Chef Walter and Ma'am Hope.
