⚠️ Service Advisory: Online Booking & Payments Temporarily Affected⚠️

Hi everyone! 👋

We're currently experiencing a service disruption affecting our online booking and payment system. This is due to a regional outage with Amazon Web Services (AWS), which impacts our payment partner PayMongo.

What this means for you:

❌ Online payments may not go through
⏳ Booking confirmations may be delayed
🚫 You may be temporarily unable to complete reservations online

✅ Good news: Our café is open as usual, and walk-in bookings and payments are unaffected! Come on over — you can book your court and settle payments directly at the counter. 🎾☕

This is a wider outage affecting many businesses and platforms — not just us — and it's completely out of our hands. 🙏

Our team is monitoring the situation and we'll update you here as soon as online services are back to normal.

Thank you so much for your patience and understanding! 💚
