Come one, come all! The registration for Ebb & Flow: A Wuthering Waves Cup Sleeve Event is on its last few days and will end on Thursday, 11:59PM of March 5th, 2026.
This cup sleeve event’s theme is based around the hit mobile game series, Wuthering Waves, is poised to be the first of its kind in the immediate region; made by fans for the veteran aficionados and the initiate curious alike!
Hosted by Moonlight Stage Events「月光」, this simple yet unique gathering of the aforementioned series’ fans is slated to take place on Saturday, March 21st, 2026, from 1-5PM at 92 // 94 Cafe, located at the Cityscape Lifestyle Center, Bonuan Gueset (after Silverio’s Restaurant, Dawel Bridge, and San Marino’s Place, respectively along the highway), Dagupan City.
We got the cafe’s tasty treats, meals, and beverages to appease your gastronomical senses, a guest cosplayer from a far gracing us: Ultimate Senpai Alice, a simple program packed with various segments such as mini-games, guest interactions, raffles, and so much more!

- This “early-bird” promo will be exclusive for those that register on or before March 5th, 2026.
- Only those who have registered with the given timeline above and attended will be eligible for the promo.
- The promo consists of a special draw, separate from the regular draw that is open for all registrants. This special draw will have one (1) winner receiving the “Early-Bird Package”; a set of random official merchandise to be raffled and awarded at the event itself.
- Organizers are not allowed to join both raffles, as well as any other contests within and related to Ebb & Flow.
